Publisher Description

You deserve credit for taking your team, players, and season seriously, and we sincerely thank you for using Lacrosse Stats. The app gives you a clean scorebook for the moments that matter, from the first faceoff to the final whistle. Whether you coach a travel team, follow a school season, track your own athlete, or organize club records, this app turns game action into useful lacrosse stats without a complicated spreadsheet.

Built for lacrosse, not borrowed from another sport, Lacrosse Stats keeps player game logs, coach scorebooks, team results, season records, awards, and exports in one organized place. Record the details you care about, search quickly, sort your views, and review leaders when it is time to make decisions.

Use Lacrosse Stats to:

* Track individual player game logs with date, opponent, venue, score, result, team, season, and notes.
* Record field-player stats such as goals, assists, shots, free-position chances, ground balls, draw controls, caused turnovers, clears, turnovers, and faceoff results.
* Track goalkeeper work with shots against, saves, goals allowed, minutes played, decision, and shutout status.
* Create coach games that hold one shared game context with stat rows for multiple players.
* Build team game scorebooks with home and away scores, result, overtime, tiebreak finish, site, game type, and notes.
* Keep player profiles with jersey number, position, hand, team assignment, notes, and optional player photo.
* Organize teams with names, short names, home field, season assignment, notes, and optional team logo.
* Manage seasons so games, teams, and reports stay grouped across a full campaign.
* Save awards for players, teams, and seasons with dates, notes, and images.

Designed for coaches and stat keepers:

* Fast entry screens keep your attention on the game.
* Search helps find opponents, players, venues, teams, seasons, and awards.
* Sort controls help you review records by date, player, team, name, or season.
* Ascending and descending views make long seasons easier to scan.
* Split-view layouts on iPad help you browse records and edit details side by side.
* Clean iPhone layouts keep core actions easy to reach during busy game days.
* Share tools make it simple to send a quick summary from a form.

Review useful lacrosse reports:

* Player leaders for goals, assists, shots, ground balls, saves, and other key stats.
* Team leaders and team summaries for comparing results across the season.
* Season leaders for long-term trends and campaign review.
* Individual game summaries for player-by-player review.
* Coach game totals for multi-player stat entry.
* Team game summaries for scoreboard-focused records.
* Readable stat cards that make totals easy to compare.

Keep your records practical:

* Export CSV reports when you need to share data outside the app.
* Export a local JSON backup for safekeeping.
* Import a backup to merge records by stable ID without wiping unmatched local data.
* Keep data on device unless you choose to export or back it up.
* Use dark or light appearance based on your preference.

Lacrosse Stats is made for people who want a real lacrosse stat tracker, not a bloated sports database. It gives coaches, parents, players, and stat keepers a clear place to track lacrosse games, player development, team performance, season history, awards, and reports.

Free users can try the core workflow with limited game sessions. Lacrosse Pro unlocks unlimited game creation, team scorebooks, full-season tracking, and advanced exports.

Version History Thank you for using the app. This update sharpens the lacrosse workflow across game logs, coach games, teams, players, reports, and iPad record editing so the app feels more dependable when you are preparing for practice, tracking a live game, or reviewing the season later.

* Open a full Stats overview instead of squeezing important totals into a small summary card.
* Explore eight charts covering game trends, results, player production, efficiency, possession, goalkeeping, and record connections.
* Scroll through game-by-game charts to follow changes across the season.
* Compare goals for and goals against over recent games.
* Review points per game, scoring margin, shooting percentage, faceoff percentage, ground balls, caused turnovers, turnovers, and goalkeeper save percentage.
* See player leaders for points, goals, assists, ground balls, draw controls, caused turnovers, shooting, faceoffs, and saves.
* Compare team records, scoring, goal differential, and win percentage.
* Check how games, players, teams, seasons, events, infractions, and awards are connected.
* Read helpful insights for top production, frequently tracked opponents, assisted scoring, and discipline.
* Keep using the app while chart information prepares in the background.

Move through records more smoothly:

* Record lists now load in sensible batches as you scroll.
* New records remain open in edit mode after their first save, making it easier to finish details without reopening them.
* Player names and other proper-name fields no longer apply spelling correction.
* iPad layouts keep lists and details together for quicker review and editing.

Import, export, and protect your records:

* Export players, teams, seasons, awards, games, field-player stats, goalkeeper stats, scoring events, and infractions as CSV files.
* Create a JSON backup when you want to preserve or move your complete scorebook.
* Import JSON backups without replacing unrelated records already on your device.
* Matching records are skipped so the same information is not added twice.
* Imports and exports support up to 10,000 records per operation.
* A clear 100 MB JSON safety limit helps protect the app from files that are too large to handle safely.
* Import and export work continues in the background so the rest of the app stays responsive.
* Completion notices tell you when a file is ready or an import has finished.
* On-screen previews stop at 250 lines to reduce memory use. Save the file whenever you need the complete output.

Enjoy a cleaner app experience:

* The refreshed splash screen gives the app a more polished opening.
* The More area is grouped into clearer sections, so reports, data tools, settings, help, and Pro options are easier to find.
* The Pro screen now presents status, plans, Family Sharing, account actions, export access, and purchase disclosures in a clean grouped layout.
* Help explains why large export previews are limited and how to view the full saved file.
* Notifications are kept under control so several messages do not cover the screen at once.

Manage your data with confidence:

* Settings includes a carefully labeled Reset All Data option.
* A warning explains that every database record will be permanently removed before deletion begins.
* Your records remain on your device unless you choose to export or back them up.

version 6.0

posted on 2026-07-11

Version History ou have been using the app with real standards, and this update is built around that kind of careful stat keeping. The latest version sharpens the lacrosse workflow across game logs, coach games, teams, players, reports, and iPad record editing so the app feels more dependable when you are preparing for practice, tracking a live game, or reviewing the season later.

What improved:

* Coach games now work better as true multi-player scorebooks.
* The coach game editor supports player rows with a faster horizontal stat input layout.
* Player row inputs are grouped into two cleaner stat rows for easier scanning on iPad.
* Coach game rows now preview current draft values while the editor is open.
* New coach games no longer start with a fake opponent placeholder.
* Empty coach rows now say that there are no player rows yet instead of showing a zero-player count.
* Sample coach data uses generic names such as player 1 and opponent 1.
* Game, coach, player, team, and team game views now include clearer sort controls.
* Searchable views can sort ascending or descending.
* Game and coach records can sort by date, player, and team.
* Player and team record lists use generic sample names that are easier to understand in tests.

Record forms are easier to control:

* Detail forms now include a top action bar.
* Help opens a short guide for the current form.
* Share sends a readable summary of the current form values.
